My Weekly Writing Update (39)

Because what's a writing blog without a writing update?

As you have seen, my main focus as of right now is If Only We, a young adult contemporary novel. I am in the process of revising and rewriting this one.

If Only We - current word count total is 58,845
Sent out to beta readers!

I've been working a little bit on some edits based off the notes from a couple beta readers. It's mostly grammatical, but some other things that I needed to clarify in the story. So far, it is going very well! I'm pleased with how much better it's sounding already and I'm only a handful of chapters in. ^_^

Coming up on Monday, I will have a post for bloggers/reviewers to sign up for ARCs of If Only We for reading/reviewing on their blog or Goodreads. So! If you are interested in getting your hands on an ARC, be sure to come back on Monday and sign up. I'm also in the process of coming up with a blog tour/blitz/giveaway in conjunction with release day/week.

Speaking of RELEASE DAY, I have picked a release date. And that day is...

October 27th!

Yay! I'm so excited. It's about time I pick a release date. I just wanted to make sure everything was coming together as planned before I settled on a day. There's still MUCH to do between now and then and I want to be ready. :)
